The Quality Analyst assumes responsibility for maintaining a constant state of regulatory compliance. The Quality Assurance Analyst may be responsible for more than one site, and in addition, will need to work collaboratively with all other company locations with regards to processes such as operating procedures, process improvement and occurrence management. While focusing on the Quality Management System (QMS), the Quality Assurance Analyst will work closely with the Laboratory Medical Directors and Operations Management team to provide direction, oversight and input into the management and monitoring of the regulated areas of the laboratory. The Quality Assurance Analyst position is responsible for managing, coordinating and maintaining all functions associated with the company’s Quality Management System for Anatomic and Hematopathology divisions.
